This week we have been presenting our book reports to the class. Focusing on characterization and context we have seen how each student chose a character from the historical fiction of their choice, and created a puppet as part of their presentation. This puppet depicts an object that symbolizes the struggles or triumphs of this character.
This project enabled us to work on our public speaking skills, analytical understanding, comprehension and writing all in one project.
